The evening will focus on developing the ICF coaching competencies in: "Co-creating Relationship with Client: Active Listening & Direct Communication". Brief description: In advance of the evening, coaches are asked to think of an issue they are happy to share and would like to broaden their perspective around. The issue needs to be brief enough to explain in a few short sentences (about a minute). It can be something personal or professional or around a client. Additional details to the session will be provided upon signing up for the Peer Coaching session. A confidentiality form is provided, in compliance with the ICF ethics.

Schedule: 7pm Networking; 7.20pm Introductions; 7.30pm Case Study Begins (Process takes 1 hour)

Benefits

The Peer Coaching Circle is a professional body, open to all practicing Coaches who are ICF members (with a minimum of 60 hours of coach training) and will entitle you to valuable CCEU hours towards your on-going learning. The structured process provides Coaches with the opportunity to receive inputs on a current real-life coaching challenge. Confidentiality is key to the process and a prerequisite for all participants.

June's Peer Coaching began with a new 'face', as we had the pleasure to have Denise Pang hosting a wonderful and very insightful session.
