Research shows that at least 70% of all communication is non-verbal. Learning to unify the body's message with what is being said enhances our capacity for effective leadership and more fulfilling coaching relationships.
Presence is the non-verbal message, ‘We are all in this together.’
Resilience is the ability to reorient our relationship to fear and discomfort, to use stress as an opportunity and to harness the energy to accomplish a task. Leadership Embodiment centering practice teaches you to keep the energy without getting caught in negative cognitive and emotional biases.
Inspiration is the experience of being connected to something bigger than our individual selves. Opening to Inspiration allows wisdom, compassion and power to come through us.
Discover – in this experiential workshop – how Leadership Embodiment tools and practices can increase your capacity for presence, resilience and inspiration while allowing you to live more fully in your potential.

Change often begins when prople are ready to look at things from a different point of view.
As coaches, we can use images to help our clients raising and examining various personal or professional issues from different perspectives.
The actual meaning of any photograph lies not so much on in its visual facts, but more so in what it spontaneously evokes inside the mind and the heart of each viewer. People's perceptions and unique life experiences automatically frame and define what they see. Therefore, their reactions to photographs can actually reveal a lot about themselves and the issue they are facing with.
During this event, you'll learn the basics of phototherapy and how you can use this tool to ignite powerful conversations when working with one-on-one clients as well as with teams. You may even be inspired to use them at home with your family members and for yourself.
You'll explore different types of questions that help to look at images in a meaningful way and gain more clarity. Moreover, you'll experience first hand The Coaching Game - a creative tool developed by Points Of You™ - as a practical example of using photographs to foster clients' insight.
