Mastering our Inner Game of Performance
How can individuals and teams consistently get in "the zone"?
Flow is an optimal state of consciousness, a peak state, where we both feel our best and perform at our best. We believe that flow can be nurtured in anyone, anywhere in the workplace, at home and in ourselves.
During this experiential session, Han Ee will walk us through the 4-stage Flow Cycle. We will identify the obstacles that hinder us from reaching our potential and identify the mindfulness–based triggers that will enable us to move beyond just “surviving” to thriving wherever we are. We will also discuss how this translates to teamwork and organizational development.
About Han Ee
Han Ee’s work as an executive coach is to help leaders and organizations to excel in their inner game of performance.
He is also the first Singaporean to be qualified by the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) to deliver the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program by Jon Kabat Zinn.
As the CEO of Singapore Sailing, Han Ee endeavours to realize the Federation’s aspiration of achieving a breakthrough at the Olympics.

COP: Mastery in Coaching
Topic: In-Between the Line: Unconscious Knowing to Conscious Knowing
Dive Deep into the competency of Creating Awareness at the mastery level
To offer change that is truly transformational, coaches are expected to work at a deeper level with their clients and in this process it is inevitable not to deal with resistance. The real challenge is: Are these resistance serving the client's needs and wants? When clients narrate incident of frustration, blind to a self-defeating behavioral pattern that is discernible to the coach, the challenge is to bring that pattern into awareness in a manner that is evocative and rich in learning. This expansive space requires the coach to nurture the competency to ask powerfully and offer non-judgmental observation. This 2 hours workshop is created to support mature coaches to appreciate the dynamic interaction between listening and asking and how to integrate this understanding to heighten awareness and deepen the learning in the coaching process.

Topic: Ontological Coaching and a brief about the two models –Part three.
This session will be a brief recap of part one and two where we discussed Ontological Coaching which is based on an exploration of the clients’ interpretations of the world and their way of being. By its very nature, this approach to coaching is a philosophical one and supports coachees in a reflection of who they are, rather than simply setting goals and achieving them.
Another aspect of ontological coaching is the emphasis on the transpersonal element: we are not individuals growing up in isolation, but are shaped, as we will see, by the world we are immersed in. Ontological coaches, take a systemic perspective and claim that an individual cannot be effectively coached without some understanding of the world and the systems which the coachee inhabits in.
We will then continue the learning of Ontological Coaching and the two models which are:
- OAR Model and the
- BEL Model
The focus of this session will be on the topic of "Moods" with regards to Ontological Coaching.
