Your Executive Committee 2016-2017

Hermann Ditzig
ICF Singapore

Dear Coaching Colleague,

On Monday night, March 14th, we held our AGM and announced the new Executive Committee.

Seven committee members returned for another year and five are new members.
This is the result of last year’s constitutional change that made serving on the committee a two year commitment with half of the positions coming up for election each year.
The intention is to maintain stability while actively bringing in some new thinking each year. Congratulations to my fellow Executive Committee members.

For the highlights of the past year and ExCo, see President Anisha's 2015-2016 Chapter Activity report!

Re-launch of Peer Coaching

We are delighted to announce the re-launch of Peer Coaching! Peer Coaching is open to practicing coaches who are members of ICF Singapore. In the past, peer coaching has taken various formats including a structured case study exploration and workshops on different topics. Over time we may introduce different formats such as fishbowl coaching, coach-the-coach, coaching supervision, tools and best practice sharing, etc. In this first re-launch session on 31st October, we will be facilitating the case study format - a tried and tested peer coaching process that delivers valuable learning for all present.

Hosted by Anisha Kaul, PCC and Saba Hasanie, ACC, the peer coaching session will last approximately 2 hours. There will be time to connect and network with the other coaches present, we will also briefly review the ICF Core Competencies and the core of the session will be a facilitated peer coaching process using a case study provided by one of the coaches present (let us know if you wish to submit a case study). You will gain ICF CCEUs towards your certification. To ensure full engagement, participation is limited to the first 12 member coaches that register. Click here to register for Peer Coaching on 31st October, 10am to 12 noon. The cost of attending will be $10 to help cover the venue cost.

We look forward to welcoming you on the 31st of October.
