The ACC Pathway Community of Practice (CP) is a newly created learning space designed to support aspiring and newly credentialed coaches on their journey towards, and beyond, the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)credential.
Our focus is on helping you build a strong foundation in coaching. Through monthly interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and real-world case discussions, you’ll strengthen both your skills and your confidence. This community is where you can practise, learn, and grow alongside peers who share the same goal: developing coaching mastery rooted in the ICF Core Competencies.
This CP is for you if you:
- Are in the midst of an ICF Level 1 coach education
- Have completed ICF Level 1 coach education and are working towards the ACC credential.
- Already hold the ACC credential and want to refresh or deepen your skills.
What you’ll gain:
- Clarity on the ICF ACC pathway.
- Deeper understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
- Practical tools and confidence to apply in real coaching conversations.
- A supportive environment for sharing, reflection, and growth.
This CP meets on the second Tuesdays every month from 8PM to 10 PM Singapore time (subject to change). This CP is open to all ICF Singapore members as well as anyone interested in learning more about this vital practice.

Jim Livingstone is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), Coach Assessor and Leadership Facilitator with over 15 years’ experience working with thousands of leaders and teams in a coaching or training capacity.Jim believes that coaching is so much more than a profession and is passionate about creating spaces where coaches can practice, deepen their craft and grow together.
