About ICF Singapore Chapter

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter is one of Asia’s most prominent chapters, representing a dynamic community of over 1,200 professional coaches. Committed to coaching excellence and ethical practice, the chapter supports members through Community of Practice events and structured pathways in credentialing, professional and business development. ICF Singapore also commits to driving social impact through pro bono coaching and community engagement. Strategic partnerships with leading organizations further expand the reach and impact of coaching, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for individual, organizational, and societal transformation.

ICF's Core Values

The International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) revised expression of its organizational core values memorialize what it means to represent the highest standards of professional coaching. These universal values empower, inspire and unite all of us as ICF Members, Credential-holders and believers of coaching worldwide.

1. Professionalism: We commit to a coaching mindset and professional quality that encompasses responsibility, respect, integrity, competence and excellence.
2. Collaboration: We commit to develop social connection and community building.
3. Humanity: We commit to being humane, kind, compassionate and respectful toward others.

ICF Singapore Chapter was established in 2002 by Mr Foo See Luan and 10 coaches. In a short span of a year, the chapter grew to 40 members and Mr Foo See Luan was the first Asian voted on to the ICF Global Board.

ICF Singapore Chapter has won the Chapter Excellence Award four times. The Chapter also won the Gift of Giving Award for supporting  the non-profit sector through pro bono coaching in 2017. The Chapter has grown tremendously over the years.
