Eligibility Criteria for All Board Roles
- Current Singapore Chapter of ICF member in good standing
- Aligned with the Chapter Constitution and committed to upholding the values and the gold standards of the ICF
- Have been involved in Coaching (30% of overall work) or the ICF Coaching community in any capacity actively
- Committed to hold office and complete 2 year term
- Committed to serving under an official capacity and demonstrates discipline in withholding self-promotion
- Must be an ICF Credentialed Coach
- For President-Elect Position Only: Must have served at least 1 year in a Board position for the Singapore Chapter of ICF between 2024-2026 in any Board position at the time of the AGM. Must commit to a 3 year term (1 year as President-Elect, 1 year as President, 1 year as Immediate Past President).

- Works with integrity, discipline, reliability and as a team player with the Board
- Maintains professional and ethical behaviors and practices at all times
- Takes initiative, is enthusiastic about advancing the coaching profession, is resourceful and thinks strategically and systemically
- Can lead and direct a team of ambassadors to ensure their goals are clear and their motivation with the Chapter is maintained. Able to inspire others towards a common vision and purpose
- Is able to represent Singapore Chapter of ICF externally during community events and external events

3.1 President-Elect
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours per week

| Main Responsibility | Partner closely with the President to provide strategic leadership across the Board, drive the Chapter's annual strategic plan, and safeguard strong governance through the election and leadership-transition cycle — while representing Singapore Chapter of ICF externally and deputizing for the President when needed. |

3.2 Director of Credentialing & Practice
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours per week
| Main Responsibility | Strategize and lead and Communities of Practice pillar that helps Singapore Chapter of ICF members deepen their coaching craft and advance their professional credentials, in close collaboration with subject-matter experts and peer leaders. |

3.3 Director of Professional Development
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours per week, including hosting in-person and virtual events where possible.
| Main Responsibility | Set the strategic direction for the Chapter's professional development offering — curating and delivering high-value events and peer programs that grow members' coaching craft, in close collaboration with speakers, ambassadors, and fellow Board members. |

3.4 Director of Social Impact
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours per week
| Main Responsibility | Shape and lead the social impact strategy for Singapore Chapter of ICF — building partnerships with not-for-profits, social service agencies, and corporate CSR teams, and mobilising the Chapter's coach community to deliver measurable, scalable impact. |

3.5 Director of IT Governance
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours per week
| Main Responsibility | Own and steward digital systems and operations with a strategic, risk-aware lens for Singapore Chapter of ICF — keeping our tools, data practices, and processes secure, compliant, and built to support the Chapter's sustainable growth, in close collaboration with the Board, DPO, and vendors. |
