The Coaching Skills Enhancement (CSE) CP is a collaborative and dynamic learning space designed to continuously sharpen your coaching skills. As a necessity for our profession, this community provides a unique platform to turn every client conversation into an opportunity for growth. It is a place to hone your existing abilities, ensuring continuous improvement in every aspect of your coaching.
Through interactive sessions, you will be guided through a proven process to:

- Practice crucial skills like asking powerful questions, deepening empathy, shifting perspectives, and letting go of advice-giving.
- Enhance Skills
- Resolve your own coaching challenges while simultaneously enhancing your skills at an advanced level.

- Observe different coaching styles and share insights on a variety of case studies.
The CSE CP meets on the third Thursday of every month from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Singapore time (subject to change). This CP is open to all ICF Singapore members as well as anyone interested in learning more about this vital practice.
