
The Team Coaching Community of Practice (CP) is a vibrant forum for coaches to explore the science, art, and real-world practice of team coaching. Whether you are already coaching teams or aspiring to step into this role, the CP is designed to broaden your awareness, deepen your knowledge, and strengthen your confidence.
What you will gain from each bi-monthly session:

This CP meets every third Monday of alternate months, 8:00–9:30 PM (SGT) (subject to change). This CP is open to all ICF Singapore members as well as anyone interested in learning more about this vital practice.
Each gathering is interactive, participative, and designed to spark learning, sharing, and meaningful connections.

Tan Swee Heng, MCC, ACTC
Swee Heng is a respected Shared Leadership & Sustainability Team and Executive Coach, Mentor, and Supervisor. A thought leader in leadership and coaching, he equips leaders, teams, and coaches with practical approaches rooted in shared leadership, sustainability, and culture change. He leads the Shared Leadership Team Coaching Academy, serves on the Singapore Institute of Management Society Governing Council, and has co-authored two books on leadership and coaching. His life purpose is to inspire leaders and coaches to make a difference for the Planet, People & Profit.
