Personal Profile: I have over two decades of teaching, training and consulting experience. My area of specialization is tourism management, sales & marketing, service management and leadership. I am a certified workplace learning specialist with experience in helping private and public sector organisations to set up workplace learning structures, systems and processes for continuous learning and improvement on-the-job. I am also an experienced trainer and instructional designer with projects in micro-learning deployed to African countries and Palestine. My instructional design work covered face to face training and hybrid-learning suited for Singapore audience in military, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. I am also a master trainer of teachers for vocational schools in the region.
