Through partnerships, we have co-created initiatives that bring value to both coaches and organisations, including:
- Thought leadership events and workshops– such as CHRO roundtables and Senior Leader Labs.
- Research collaborations – producing white papers on leadership development and coaching impact.
- Signature events – like International Coaching Week, workshops, keynotes and cross-community learning forums.
- Experiential programs – “Coach and Walk” events that open coaching to the wider public.

Current Strategic Partners
Our collaboration with SHRI brings the power of coaching to the broader HR community. Through joint events and learning initiatives, we support capability development and help HR professionals embed coaching as a key lever for performance, engagement, and organisational health.
ICF Singapore and NUSBSA co-create reflective and experiential learning opportunities for alumni, such as coach and walk events to help newbies to coaching really experience its impact.
ICF Singapore partners with OCBC to build a sustainable coaching culture within the bank. Together, we aim to equip 100 leaders with their ACC credential by end of 2027, positioning coaching as a core leadership capability that drives organisational growth and transformation.
ICF Singapore partners with NTUC LearningHub to provide continued support for graduates ensuring a smooth and supported transition from classroom to credentialed coach. We jointly aspire to position coaching as a force for good.
Coaching School Partners
ICF Singapore values collaboration with all ICF-accredited coaching schools. We do not endorse or prefer any one school over another. Over the past few years, we have reached out to all known accredited schools in Singapore and continue to welcome conversations with any who wish to connect more closely.
