Personal Profile: Evlyn feels that everyone deserves a chance to reach her highest potential. At the professional level she was a principal planner and held various potions to lead various sections at a statutory board. She led the organisation to receive the People's Developers Award. She was also the past president to the Singapore Institute of Planners and led this NGO to obtain endorsement for the accreditation of Urban Planners in Singapore. Through her professional and life experiences, she discovered that the human potential need to be addressed via many levels.Besides just mental cognitive development, understanding a person's psyche, and emotional needs are just as important.
