The Power of Stories, Courage, and Becoming
A Credentialed ICF ACC, PCC-certified Coach and Narrative Coach Practitioner, I am journeying toward becoming a Certified Integrative Cancer Coach. My life has taught me that stories are not just memories — they are living forces that shape our courage, our choices, and our path forward.
Through my own experience of illness, healing, and transformation, I discovered that when we change the stories we tell ourselves, we change what becomes possible. Each new narrative opens a doorway into strength, self-empowerment, and renewed purpose.
Today, I help others walk through these doorways.
By listening deeply, honouring their truth, and inviting new meanings to emerge, I support clients as they rewrite the stories that hold them — not from fear, but from courage and possibility.
My work is rooted in one belief:
