About
Personal Profile: Driven by my passion to help people lead fulfilling lives, I simplify psychological research to optimise workplace behaviours and improve personal well-being.
I began my journey honing my leadership and interpersonal skills in the Singapore Navy, where my last appointment was the 2nd-in-command of RSS Bedok (a Mine Counter-Measure Vessel). After my stint in the military, I went into HR Strategy Consulting, working with clients to solve their employee engagement and retention challenges.
In my free time, I enjoy baking (and am best known for my scones!). I also have an avid interest in theatre and I occasionally volunteer at the Happiness Initiative.
