Personal Profile: Dr. Lee Kang Yam is a seasoned Learning and Development practitioner and consultant with over 27 years of experience in learning design, facilitation, assessment, coaching, and consulting for both public and private sector organizations. He began his professional journey at the Civil Service College in 1997 and then branched out on his own, gaining comprehensive insights into the learning and development landscape. He worked in the Economic Development Board, planning and managing learning and development initiatives. Driven by his passion for empowering individuals and organizations, he founded his consulting and training firm in 2005, focusing on learning and assessment design, performance management, workplace learning, and coaching.
