Personal Profile: As a coach, Caris trusts awareness as the real turning point when the clients begin to understand themselves more deeply through exploration of their feelings and worldview. She believes that when awareness is present, action follows naturally without force or pressure.
Alongside her coaching work, Caris’ 20 years experiences in Built Environment shape how she holds coaching conversations with structure, steadiness and respect for real world constraints her clients face.
Caris began her formal human-centric journey in para-counselling in 2023. In the following year, Caris became a Certified Career Services Provider with National Career Development Association. In 2025, Caris attained her Associated Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Along her role as Project Manager, Caris provides Career Coaching within the Public Sector Division.
These 3 years journey shaping what she now describe as Caris 2.0, where engineering discipline meets coaching presence in conversation. Grounded in structure yet led by awareness, her coaching bridges clarity, integrity and human experience.
