Personal Profile: Hi everyone, I am Sabrinna from Singapore. I am currently persuing my ACC and doing my M3 with NTUC learning hub. I am a HR professional and it has honed my expertise in recruiting from larger comporates to a variety of tech startups, positioning me as a specialist in building high-performance teams. The HR strategies I've deployed is in compensation & benefit, learning and development, alongside engagement and retention, reflect a commitment to empowering our workforce, fostering positive cultures.
I am doing coaching as I enjoy exploring how humans behave and how I can stretch the potential of different individuals. I enjoy helping others and I feel that coaching has resonated with some of my personal values in continous learning and helping others to co create ideas together. I find it fascitating getting to know different people and I hope to learn in depth about human Psychology. I truly believe that happier people with positive emotions and traits are more productive as they can faster, be more creative, healthier, more successful and caring.
