About
Personal Profile: I've spent more than two decades in education, but what continues to inspire me is people. As a school principal, educator, researcher and ICF Associate Certified Coach, I love partnering with individuals to discover new possibilities, navigate meaningful change and grow into the leaders they aspire to be.
My coaching is grounded in curiosity, authentic inquiry and the belief that people are naturally resourceful. Whether I'm working with educators, leaders or professionals at a career crossroads, I aim to create a space where honest conversations lead to fresh perspectives, practical action and lasting growth.
I'm fascinated by the intersection of coaching, leadership, learning sciences and AI. I believe growth happens when we combine evidence with empathy, challenge with support, and purpose with a little courage.
Outside coaching, you'll usually find me championing flourishing schools, reading fiction and poetry or about psychology and leadership, hiking (with intentions to scale peaks in SEA), or trying to convince people that curiosity is the greatest gift we have.
