One Sentence Introduction: I've been very fortunate to be given opportunities throughout my career: Across retail, brand, and people leadership in China, Hong Kong, and South Asia. I'm immensely grateful for the people who opened doors and supported me along the way. And I won't forget the challenges, the obstacles, and the hard moments either. Those shaped me just as much.
I strongly believe in being authentic. Earning, giving, and building trust isn't just essential at work. It is what makes work meaningful to me.
Over the years, what I've come to value most is people. Helping teams grow, watching individuals find their confidence, and seeing leaders step into their own. That's what gets me going. It's why I pursued and recently earned my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. Coaching, for me, is a natural extension of how I've always led through listening, curiosity, and genuine care.
