Personal Profile: Nick Jonsson is the founder and managing director of Limitless Executive Solutions in Singapore. He is an executive coach, counsellor and psychotherapist, global keynote speaker, and #1 international bestselling author of Executive Loneliness.
He holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) through ITD World. Alongside his coaching practice, he works as a counsellor and psychotherapist, bringing clinical depth to the emotional and relational patterns that sit beneath performance. He is also a Certified Sober Coach (The Sober Club, UK) and a Certified Team Psychological Safety Practitioner.
His therapeutic work focuses on executive loneliness, burnout, anxiety, depression, addiction and relapse prevention, perfectionism, shame, life transitions and relationship strain, particularly in the context of demanding careers.
Nick spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across Asia. He co-founded EGN in Southeast Asia, now part of Vistage, a confidential peer network for senior executives built around the principle of "Making Each Other Better," where he continues to serve as an advisor.
His work is shaped by his own experience. Behind the titles and outward success, he lived through burnout, isolation, depression and addiction. His rock bottom came during a full Ironman race in Melbourne, and he has now been sober for nine years.
