Personal Profile: I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holder of the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization at ACC and PCC Levels, as well as a positive psychology practitioner and former practising lawyer with more than 25 years of professional experience, including as a trial lawyer and derivatives legal counsel. Through River Life Coaching Pte. Ltd., I support leaders and high-performing professionals in navigating complexity with clarity, leading intentionally, and creating sustainable organisational impact. I have a particular interest in helping introverted and quieter leaders strengthen their visibility and influence without compromising their authenticity. My work spans executive coaching, leadership development and mentor coaching. I support coaches seeking their ACC or PCC credential, as well as credentialed coaches who want to deepen their coaching capability and practise with greater awareness and confidence. My approach is reflective, practical and grounded in each client’s values, strengths and wider organisational context.
