Personal Profile: I am an OD (Organization Development) professional and executive coach specialized in helping people and teams perform in complex and chaotic environments. My approach is a hybrid practice between OD and Lean, Agile (Scrum in particular), Design Thinking. My work typically takes the form of workshops, coaching for Scrum teams, Design Thinking and Scrum Sprint pilots for strategic projects, and one-on-one executive coaching. My coaching clients tend to be multinationals and regional large corporates, but I love working with SMEs and startup teams too. I am also frequently involved in innovation programs between financial institutions and fintech startups, since I come from that background (25 years combined banking and startup entrepreneurship experience). I conduct workshops and lectures at my alma mater INSEAD's executive program, and I do a lot of work supporting corporate leaders and change agents on organizational change and digital transformation efforts. Learning by doing (experiential learning) is the basis of my teaching, and I use a lot of games and exercises in my workshops - Lego is my favorite. ?
